The nursing staff is extremely caring, attentive, and supportive. They respond quickly to every need and treat patients with kindness and professionalism. Their compassionate approach truly makes a difference. Dr. Radha Chosariya, the child specialist, is highly experienced and very gentle with children. She handles kids with great care and explains everything clearly to parents. We are very satisfied with her treatment and guidance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

The issue I faced was not small. The behavior of the hospital owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way he spoke to me was completely unacceptable for any healthcare facility. Along with this, the charges taken for the services felt unfair and gave the impression that the hospital is more focused on money than patient care. A hospital should be a place of trust, compassion, and respect. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that.
